Chinese Pakoras (chicken) - Faiza (Jean)

Ingredients:  

1 carrot (sliced julienne)
1 onion (sliced julienne)
1 capsicum (sliced julienne)
1 small or half cabbage head (sliced)
1 cup chicken (boiled & shredded)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 Maggi cube (dissolved in 6tbsp of hot water)
1 tsp black pepper
salt (use sparingly, maggi cube is salty)






Steps:
In a large bowl, add the vegetables along with the Maggi mixture.
Give it a toss till all the vegetables are coated.

Add flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and mix. 

Add water and keep mixing till vegetables are well coated.

In a deep pan, heat oil.
Deep fry a tablespoon of mixture until they turn golden brown.


Serve with sweet chili sauce
