Green Chicken Curry - Flavy Uncle

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken

To grind
3 small onions
1/2" ginger
3 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp madras curry powder (or any curry powder)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp vinegar
1 small ball tamarind / 1 tsp tamarind paste
1 tsp salt

For seasoning
1 onion (sliced)

Steps:
  1. Boil chicken with 1 tsp salt for 15 minutes on low flame. Save the broth.
  2. Grind the onions, chillies, ginger, garlic, jeera powder, madras curry powder, turmeric, coriander, tamarind, vinegar and salt into a fine paste.
  3. In a vessel, heat oil. Add the onion and fry till it is golden brown.
  4. Add the ground masala and fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken with the broth and bring to a boil.
