Ingredients:
1 - 2 potatoes (chopped into small cubes)
1 - 2 cups frozen/dry green peas (if dry, soak for 5-6 hours)
salt
To grind:
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh grated coconut
1 - 2 tbsp vegetable powder (depending on spice level)
For seasoning:
1 tsp mustard seeds
3 - 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
coconut oil
Steps:

For seasoning:
1 tsp mustard seeds
3 - 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
coconut oil
Steps:
- Grind the onions, garlic, coconut and vegetable powder to a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Boil green peas with salt and sufficient water. When almost cooked, add the potatoes.
- Once it is cooked, add the ground masala, fry it.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Adjust salt, if needed.
- If the curry is thin, thicken with coconut milk powder.
- Separately, heat coconut oil.
- Fry the mustard seeds and garlic. Add it to the potato and peas curry and mix.
- ENJOY!
- Optional: Add 1 tsp sugar to the curry at the end for better taste.
- You can add paneer cubes to this dish.
