Ingredients:
1/4 cup toor dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1/4 cup urad dal
1/4 cup channa dal
To grind with the dal:
1" ginger
1 red chilli (kashmiri or byadgi)
1 tsp hing
Add the below to the ground batter:
1 tsp jeera (optional)
1 onion (sliced/chopped)

To grind with the dal:

Add the below to the ground batter:
1 tsp jeera (optional)
1 onion (sliced/chopped)
Steps:
- Soak dal in water for 4 - 5 hours.
- Drain the water then grind the dal with ginger, red chilli, hing and a little water to make the batter.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Add jeera and an onion and mix together.
- Heat a pan. Add a tsp of oil.
- Spread the batter and fry well.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Add 1/4 cup of any type of dal you have at home and soak together.
