Oats Coated Chicken Fry - Marina

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken with bones (cut in to medium sized pieces)

For marinating:
1 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 lemons - juice

For coating powder mix:
5 tbsp cooking oats (powdered)
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp maida
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Mix ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric and lemon juice for the marinade.
  2. Apply the marinade on the chicken and set aside for 2 hours.
  3. Powder the oats and prepare the coating powder mix.
  4. Coat the chicken in the coating powder mix.
  5. Heat oil and shallow fry the chicken.
  6. ENJOY!
