Oats Dosa - Iona

Ingredients:
pinch of baking soda

For grinding:
1 cup oats (I use Quaker)
1 egg
1 banana (2 small or 1 big - more if you have a sweet tooth)
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp sugar or honey
pinch of salt

Steps:
  1. Grind all ingredients together. 
  2. Add baking powder to the blended batter and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, heat oil. 
  4. Add the batter and fry on both sides.
  5. ENJOY!
