Ingredients:
1 big bunch of spinach leaves
1 packet of paneer (cut in cubes)

1 packet of paneer (cut in cubes)
2 green chillies (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 onion (sliced)

1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp coriander powder
oil
salt to taste
3 tbsp cooking cream (optional)
Steps:

Boil spinach/palak with green chillies and grind to a fine paste.
- Deep fry the paneer till golden brown and keep aside.
- In a vessel, heat oil.
- Add onion and tomato. Fry.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt.
- Add the spinach paste. Mix well.
- Add the deep fried paneer. Mix again.
- Add cooking cream.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Cut paneer and soak in ice cold water to prevent from breaking/crumbling.
