Strawberry and Rose Petal Jam - Lallu

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries (cleaned and halved)
handful of fresh rose petals (no stubs)
2 tsp agave syrup
Brown sugar/ powdered jaggery
1/4 cup water


Steps:

  1. Boil all the ingredients together till the strawberries become mushy and the jam thickens.
  2. Once it cools, transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate.
  3. ENJOY!
