Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
handful of mint leaves (optional)
1 onion (chopped very finely)
3-4 small tomatoes (chopped finely)
2-3 tbsp burgul/bulgur wheat
1 lemon - juice
olive oil
salt
Steps:
- Soak burgul in water and drain before adding.
- Wash the parsley, cilantro and mint leaves well and drain. Chop finely.
- In a bowl, add the chopped parsley, cilantro and mint leaves.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add onions, with salt.
- Add tomatoes and burgul and mix.
- Add olive oil and give the dish a good mix.
- ENJOY!
