Tabbouleh - Polly aunty

Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
handful of mint leaves (optional)
1 onion (chopped very finely)
3-4 small tomatoes (chopped finely)
2-3 tbsp burgul/bulgur wheat
1 lemon - juice
olive oil
salt

Steps:
  1. Soak burgul in water and drain before adding.

  2. Wash the parsley, cilantro and mint leaves well and drain. Chop finely.

  3. In a bowl, add the chopped parsley, cilantro and mint leaves.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.  
  5. Add onions, with salt. 
  6. Add tomatoes and burgul and mix. 
  7. Add olive oil and give the dish a good mix. 
  8. ENJOY!
