Tuna and Shrimp Cutlets - Polly Aunty

Ingredients
1/4 kg shrimps (boiled and chopped)
2 tuna tins (drained)
4 small potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 small onions (chopped finely)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp bafat powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp madras curry powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
1 cup bread crumbs/rusk powder (for the mix as well as coating)
2 eggs
oil
salt

Steps:
  1. Heat oil. Add onions with ginger garlic paste and fry.  
  2. Add the green chillies.
  3. Then add the shrimps and all the masala powders. Mix for a minute.
  4. Add the tuna and mix all together.
  5. Add the mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, apple cider vinegar, bread crumbs/rusk powder and salt. Mix well. Switch off the gas. 
  6. Make small balls, flatten it and shape into cutlets.
  7. Coat with eggs and then bread crumbs or rusk powder.

  8. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cutlets and fry well on both sides.
  9. ENJOY!
