Tuna and Shrimp Cutlets - Polly Aunty

Ingredients
1/4 kg shrimps (boiled and chopped)
2 tuna tins (drained)
4 small potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp jeera/cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp bafat powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp madras curry powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
1 cup bread crumbs/rusk powder (for the mix as well as coating)
2 eggs
oil
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Heat oil. Add onions with ginger garlic paste and fry till you get an aroma.  
  2. Add the green chillies and the shrimps along with all the masala powders. Mix for a minute.
  3. Add the tuna and stir fry till well combined.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs/rusk powder and salt. Mix well. Switch off the gas. 
  5. Once cooled, shape into round patties, then dip it in beaten eggs and finally coat with bread crumbs or rusk powder.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cutlets and shallow fry on both sides.
