Ingredients
1/4 kg shrimps (boiled and chopped)
2 tuna tins (drained)
4 small potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp jeera/cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp bafat powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp madras curry powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
1 cup bread crumbs/rusk powder (for the mix as well as coating)
2 eggs
oil
salt to taste

1 cup bread crumbs/rusk powder (for the mix as well as coating)

Steps:
- Heat oil. Add onions with ginger garlic paste and fry till you get an aroma.
- Add the green chillies and the shrimps along with all the masala powders. Mix for a minute.
- Add the tuna and stir fry till well combined.
- Add the mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs/rusk powder and salt. Mix well. Switch off the gas.
- Once cooled, shape into round patties, then dip it in beaten eggs and finally coat with bread crumbs or rusk powder.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cutlets and shallow fry on both sides.
