Ingredients:
1 pack spaghetti (or pasta)
1 pack sausages (cut into round pieces/sliced)
100 gms broccoli (chopped into small pieces)
2 tomatoes (chopped into small pieces)
200 gms zucchini (chopped into small pieces)
100 gms mushrooms (chopped into small pieces)
1 capsicum (chopped into small pieces)
1 onion (chopped into small pieces)
1 Maggi cube
salt (according to taste)
pepper (according to taste)
chilli powder (according to taste)
125 ml cooking cream
milk (optional)
mozarella cheese/chilli flakes
oil
Steps:

chilli powder (according to taste)
125 ml cooking cream
milk (optional)
mozarella cheese/chilli flakes

Steps:
- Boil spaghetti with 2 tsp oil in hot water. Once cooked, drain water from the spaghetti
- Heat oil. Add sausages and vegetable and cook. Sprinkle a little water for vegetables to cook.
- Add Maggi cube till it melts and cooks.
- Add salt, pepper and chilli powder and mix well.
- Add cooking cream and mix well. Add a bit of milk if you would like the sauce to be slightly thinner or increase the quantity of the sauce (optional)
- Add mozzarella cheese or chilli flakes on top.
