White Sauce Pasta/Spaghetti - Sheru

Ingredients:
1 pack spaghetti (or pasta)
1 pack sausages (cut into round pieces/sliced)
100 gms broccoli (chopped into small pieces)
2 tomatoes (chopped into small pieces)
200 gms zucchini (chopped into small pieces)
100 gms mushrooms (chopped into small pieces)
1 capsicum (chopped into small pieces)
1 onion (chopped into small pieces)
1 Maggi cube
salt (according to taste)
pepper (according to taste)
chilli powder (according to taste)
125 ml cooking cream
milk (optional)
mozarella cheese/chilli flakes
oil

Steps:
  1. Boil spaghetti with 2 tsp oil in hot water. Once cooked, drain water from the spaghetti
  2. Heat oil. Add sausages and vegetable and cook. Sprinkle a little water for vegetables to cook.
  3. Add Maggi cube till it melts and cooks.
  4. Add salt, pepper and chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Add cooking cream and mix well. Add a bit of milk if you would like the sauce to be slightly thinner or increase the quantity of the sauce (optional)
  6. Add mozzarella cheese or chilli flakes on top.
