Ingredients:
1 medium sized cabbage
salt to taste
1 medium sized cabbage

vinegar to taste
sugar to taste
2 green chillies
For seasoning:
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (slit or chopped)
1/2" ginger (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp urad dal
oil
Steps:

Steps:
- Wash and cut the cabbage fine.
- In a bowl, mix a little salt, vinegar, sugar and green chillies.
- Add cabbage and marinate.
- Before serving, heat oil and fry the urad dal.
- Add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions and fry well.
- Add it to the cabbage mixture and mix well.
