Ingredients
2 carrots/raw papaya (grated)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1/2 lemon - juice (according to taste)
1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of hing
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Steps:
Raw papaya takes a bit longer to cook than carrots.

Steps:
- In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add jeera and hing.
- Add chillies and fry well.
- Add carrots and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until rawness goes. The carrots should be crunchy.
- Add turmeric and salt and mix.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
