Carrot/Raw papaya Sambharo (stir fry) - Marina

Ingredients
2 carrots/raw papaya (grated)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1/2 lemon - juice (according to taste)
1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of hing
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Steps:
  1. In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add jeera and hing.
  2. Add chillies and fry well.
  3. Add carrots and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until rawness goes. The carrots should be crunchy.
  4. Add turmeric and salt and mix.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. ENJOY!
Notes:
Raw papaya takes a bit longer to cook than carrots.
