Chicken Cutlets - Lidwin Aunty

Ingredients:
To boil
1/4 kg chicken mince
turmeric
salt

For the mixture:
1/2 cup onion (sliced)
1 potato (boiled)
1/2 cup green peas *(optional)
1 green chilli (finely shred)
1 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric 
1 tsp red chilli powder (as per taste)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
handful coriander leaves 
rice powder or bread crumbs (for coating)
egg whites (for coating)
oil for shallow frying

Steps:
  1. Boil chicken mince with salt & turmeric, cook well and keep aside.
  2. Boil potatoes. Mash and keep aside.
  3. Boil green peas. Mash and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil. Add onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  5. Turn down the flame, add red chilli & garam masala powders, coriander leaves and mix.
  6. Add the boiled chicken mince with other fried ingredients, add mashed potato, mashed green peas and give it a good mix. 
  7. Make the cutlets, dip in egg white, bread crumbs & shallow fry.
