Chicken Fry with Stew Powder Masala - Oreen

Ingredients:
1 kg skinless chicken thighs (or drumsticks with skin)
salt to taste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp pepper powder
1 heaped tbsp stew powder
1 tsp jeera powder (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
lemon juice *(optional)

Steps:
  1. Clean and wash chicken and drain excess water.
  2. Add slits to the chicken pieces and keep it ready.

  3. In a mixing vessel, add salt, vinegar, pepper powder, stew powder, jeera powder and olive oil and mix together to form a paste. 
  4. Add the chicken and mix well till it is well coated.
  5. Keep the marinated chicken in an air tight container in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.

  6. In a pan, heat oil for shallow frying. 
  7. Add the chicken and fry well on both sides.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
  9. ENJOY!
