200 gms coriander leaves
5-6 green chillies
4-5 garlic cloves
1" ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 lemon - juice
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 egg
salt as per taste
oil for frying
Steps:
- Wash the chicken, drain water well and keep aside.

Grind the coriander leaves, chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, lemon juice, turmeric powder, egg and salt into a fine thick paste without adding water.

Marinate the chicken with the ground paste and keep it for 2-3 hours.
- Before frying, sprinkle a bit of salt.
- In a tawa/pan, heat oil over medium flame.
- Add the chicken and fry well till cooked on both sides.
