Mutton Chops - Maizy Aunty

Ingredients:
1 kg mutton chops
5-6 medium onions (sliced)

Marinade:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar

Steps:
  1. Wash chops well about 5-6 times and leave it in a colander for about 10 minutes to drain.
  2. Mix all the powders and marinate the chops and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  3. In a non-stick pan, heat oil and add the chops (save remaining marinade). Fry till brown and keep it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add oil and fry the sliced onions along with the remaining marinade for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the fried chops and mix well.
  6. Cover the lid and keep it on slow flame for half an hour.
  7. ENJOY!
