Ingredients:
1 kg mutton chops
5-6 medium onions (sliced)
Marinade:
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp vinegar
Steps:
- Wash chops well about 5-6 times and leave it in a colander for about 10 minutes to drain.
- Mix all the powders and marinate the chops and keep it in the fridge overnight.
- In a non-stick pan, heat oil and add the chops (save remaining marinade). Fry till brown and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add oil and fry the sliced onions along with the remaining marinade for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the fried chops and mix well.
- Cover the lid and keep it on slow flame for half an hour.
