Ingredients:
200 gms frozen paneer (see notes)
2 medium onions (thinly sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli (sliced)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
salt

2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium-low.
- Add onions and fry till they start to become light golden (do not burn).
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
- Add green chilli. Mix and saute for a minute.
- Add the chopped tomato. Cook till the tomato becomes mushy.
- Reduce flame to lowest and add turmeric, chilli, pepper, coriander, cumin and garam masala powders. Add salt. Mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add paneer, mix with the masala and fry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
Take out the paneer from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature before using.
