Paneer Fry - Rosy aunty

Ingredients:
200 gms frozen paneer (see notes)
2 medium onions (thinly sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli (sliced)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder 
1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
2 tbsp oil 
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
salt

Steps: 
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium-low. 
  2. Add onions and fry till they start to become light golden (do not burn).
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add green chilli. Mix and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the chopped tomato. Cook till the tomato becomes mushy.
  6. Reduce flame to lowest and add turmeric, chilli, pepper, coriander, cumin and garam masala powders. Add salt. Mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7.  Add paneer, mix with the masala and fry. 
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  9. ENJOY!

Notes:
Take out the paneer from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature before using.
