Chicken Pasta - Sheru

Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken (cut in cubes)
500 gms penne pasta
15 mushrooms (sliced)
7-8 cloves garlic (chopped)
750 ml cooking cream 
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp olive oil
pepper powder to taste
chilli flakes to taste
oregano to taste
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Boil pasta with a little bit of oil and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes till al dente (cooked to be firm to the bite). Drain the pasta and keep it aside.

  2. In a vessel, heat oil. Add garlic and fry. 
  3. Add the chicken with a little water and salt. Let the chicken cook. 
  4. Add mushrooms and butter. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Add cheese and give it a good mix so the cheese melts.
  7. Add cooking cream, oregano, chilli flakes. 
  8. ENJOY!
Notes:
You can add olives or broccoli to this dish.
