Ingredients:
1 kg boneless chicken (cut in cubes)
500 gms penne pasta
15 mushrooms (sliced)
7-8 cloves garlic (chopped)
750 ml cooking cream
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp olive oil
pepper powder to taste
chilli flakes to taste
oregano to taste
salt to taste
Steps:
- Boil pasta with a little bit of oil and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes till al dente (cooked to be firm to the bite). Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
- In a vessel, heat oil. Add garlic and fry.
- Add the chicken with a little water and salt. Let the chicken cook.
- Add mushrooms and butter. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add cheese and give it a good mix so the cheese melts.
- Add cooking cream, oregano, chilli flakes.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
You can add olives or broccoli to this dish.
