Ingredients:
1 cup cabbage (shredded)
1 large carrot (grated)
1 small onion (chopped)
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
Steps:
- Squeeze out excess water from the carrot and cabbage.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Check for salt, sugar and mayonnaise, add extra if required.
