Cream of Mushroom Soup - Karen Pereira

Ingredients
250 gms mushrooms (finely chopped)
50 gms butter
300 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock 
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Steps:
  1. Chop mushrooms fine and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Stir continuously to prevent discoloration.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Add in milk and stock gradually.
  4. Place it back on heat and bring to a boil. Cook till it thickens.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. ENJOY!
