Ingredients
250 gms mushrooms (finely chopped)
50 gms butter
300 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
salt to taste

pepper to taste
Steps:
Steps:
- Chop mushrooms fine and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Stir continuously to prevent discoloration.
- Stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add in milk and stock gradually.
- Place it back on heat and bring to a boil. Cook till it thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
