For the marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
Ingredients:
12 chicken drumsticks
coriander leaves (garnish)
lemon (garnish)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Steps:
- Prep the chicken - skin the chicken legs and apply two cuts to each side.
- In a bowl or zip-loc bag, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
- Add the chicken, mixing it up and making sure the chicken is well coated
- Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for a couple of hours at least (overnight is better)
- Before grilling, take out the chicken and let it get to room temperature
- If cooking on a barbeque, get temperature up to 400 F. Cook the drumsticks on medium with the lid closed for 10 minutes on each side.
- Garnish with lemon and/or coriander
