Ingredients:
2 cups raw rice
2 tbsp methi seeds
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup jaggery
1/2 cup thick poha
2 cups buttermilk
salt
Steps:
- Soak raw rice and methi seeds in water for 4 hours.
- Soak the poha in water for about 5 minutes.
- Grind the rice, methi and poha together with salt and butter milk into a thick batter Do not add water while grinding
- Keep it on the countertop overnight in an airtight container to ferment.
- The next day, heat a bit of oil in a pan.
- Add the batter and fry like a dosa.
