Tomato Saar - Rosybai

Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
6 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 onion (sliced)
1 tbsp rasam powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
water

Steps:
  1. In a cooking vessel, heat oil. 
  2. Add mustard seeds. When it crackles, add garlic and fry till lightly brown.
  3. Add curry leaves.
  4. Add tomatoes, onion, rasam powder, salt and water and boil till tomatoes are cooked.
  5. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can add okra to this recipe, if desired.
