Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
6 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1 onion (sliced)
1 tbsp rasam powder
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
water
Steps:
- In a cooking vessel, heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds. When it crackles, add garlic and fry till lightly brown.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add tomatoes, onion, rasam powder, salt and water and boil till tomatoes are cooked.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- You can add okra to this recipe, if desired.
