Beef/Mutton/Egg Stew Curry - Daisy aunty

Ingredients:
1 kg beef
1 large onion (sliced)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
2 carrots (cut to cubes)
3 potatoes (cut in cubes)
oil
1 1/2 - 2 tsp salt 
2-3 tbsp sugar (adjust as per taste)

To grind:
3 large onions
2 red byadgi chillies 
2 red round chillies (motwi mirsaang)
6 green chillies
1" ginger
2 tsp khus khus
1 tsp jeera 
3 cloves garlic
4-5 peppercorns
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 bunch coriander leaves with stem (wash 3-4 times)
6-7 sprigs mint leaves (no stems)
1/2" cinnamon
5 cloves 
2 amla size tamarind balls
3/4 small freshly grated coconut
2-3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)

Steps:
  1. Pressure cook the beef with water till soft. 

  2. Boil the carrots and keep aside.

  3. Grind the onions, green chillies, red chillies, ginger, khus khus, jeera, peppercorns, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, tamarind, coconut and sugar into a fine paste with a little water. Keep aside. 

  4. In a vessel, heat oil. Add the onions, tomatoes and potatoes fry well. 
  5. Add the ground masala and fry well. 
  6. Add the masala water and the cooked beef with the broth and bring to a boil till the beef is cooked.
  7. Add the cooked carrot and mix well. 
  8. Switch off the flame.
