Cabbage Pulao - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:
1/4 kg cabbage (small, thin slices)
1/2 kg rice (1 cup rice=2 cups water)
2-3 green chillies
5 cloves garlic
1/2" ginger
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 onion (sliced)
oil
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Grind the green chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves into a paste. 

  2. In a vessel, heat oil. Add the onion and fry. 
  3. Add the ground masala and stir in the cabbage. 
  4. Add rice and water and boil till the rice is cooked.
  5. ENJOY!
