Ingredients:
1/4 kg cabbage (small, thin slices)
1/2 kg rice (1 cup rice=2 cups water)
2-3 green chillies
5 cloves garlic
1/2" ginger
1/2 bunch coriander leaves

1 onion (sliced)

salt to taste

- Grind the green chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves into a paste.
- In a vessel, heat oil. Add the onion and fry.
- Add the ground masala and stir in the cabbage.
- Add rice and water and boil till the rice is cooked.
