Double Whopper Beef Burger - Chrysl

Ingredients:
for the patty
1/2 kg beef mince
6 cloves garlic
1/2 onion 
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp pepper powder
2 tbsp bread crumbs

For the burger:
burger bun
homemade mayo (link to recipe here)
lettuce
tomato slices
cucumber slices
onion slices
cheese slice
bacon rashes
 
Steps:
  1. Chop the onions and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Now add the onion, salt, soya sauce, pepper powder and brear crumbs into the food processor and mix well till combined.
  3. Take the mixture out and form the patties.
      
  4. Grill the burger patties on a grill pan on high flame for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast the burger bun in a pan with some butter until warm. 
  6. Spread some mayo on the bun, place the lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, then one patty, cheese, followed by another patty, bacon rashes and finally cover with a slice of bun
  7. Serve with French fries and coleslaw (link to recipe here)
