Egg Curry - Jean

Ingredients:
8 eggs (boiled, peeled with slits)
1 large potato (cut into cubes)
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion (sliced)
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp ghee 

To grind:
1 medium onion 
1 medium tomato
6 cloves garlic
1" ginger
2 green chillies
1 tsp jeera
3 tsp garam masala
5 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp haldi

Steps:
  1. In a non stick vessel, heat oil and ghee. 
  2. Add the onion and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add the ground masala and fry for on high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add hot water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the boiled eggs and potato and boil till potatoes are cooked.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. ENJOY!
