Egg Curry - Daisy aunty

Ingredients:
6 - 8 eggs
salt to taste

To grind:
3 large onions 
1 long byadgi chillies
2 red short chillies
4-5 green chillies
1/2" ginger
2 cloves garlic
4 peppercorns
1/2 tsp haldi
3/4 tsp jeera
2 tsp khus khus
5 cloves 
1/2" cinnamon
1 bunch coriander leaves
10 - 12 mint leaves
marble size tamarind
fresh coconut

For seasoning:
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 potatoes 
ghee

Steps:
  1. Boil the eggs, peel and make slits. Keep it aside. 

  2. Grind the onions, red chillies, green chillies, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, turmeric, jeera, khus khus, cloves, cinnamon, coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind, coconut to a fine paste with a little water. Keep aside. 

  3. Heat ghee. Fry the onion, tomato and potatoes well.
  4. Add the ground masala, salt and masala water from the mixie jar and bring to a boil. 
  5. Add the eggs and bring to a boil again. Switch off the gas.
  6. ENJOY!
