3 medium onions (finely chopped)
2 pods garlic
1" ginger
Steps:
Ingredients
3 eggplants/brinjal/aubergine (cut in small pieces and soak in water)
3 eggplants/brinjal/aubergine (cut in small pieces and soak in water)
dry shrimp
3 green chillies
1 tomato3 medium onions (finely chopped)
2 pods garlic
1" ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Steps:
- Heat oil.
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry.
- Add onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, tomato and fry.
- Add the dry shrimp.
- Add the cut eggplant.
- Add 1/2 glass of water, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook on slow fire till eggplant is cooked.
