Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 small tomato (chopped very finely)
1/4 small capsicum (chopped very finely)
1 small onion (sliced very finely)
1/4" ginger (chopped very finely)
1/4 green chilli (chopped very finely)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
pinch of turmeric
Steps:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it very well so the veggies are separated from each other.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the mixture and fry well on both sides.
- ENJOY!
