Seekh Kebabs/Meatballs - Delon

Ingredients

1 kg lean ground beef
1 packet Shaan seekh kebab masala
2 medium onions
1" ginger
5 cloves garlic
1 small bunch of coriander 
1 small bunch of mint leaves

Steps:
  1. Cut onions, ginger, garlic, coriander and mint leaves fine. Add to the ground beef.
  2. Add 1/2 packet Shaan Seekh Kebab Masala. Mix well and keep it overnight in the fridge.
  3. The following day, make meat balls (or make the kebabs on skewers)
  4. Place the meat balls on a tray with foil and heat in an oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.
