1 kg lean ground beef
1 packet Shaan seekh kebab masala
2 medium onions
1" ginger
5 cloves garlic
1 small bunch of coriander

1 small bunch of mint leaves

Steps:
- Cut onions, ginger, garlic, coriander and mint leaves fine. Add to the ground beef.
- Add 1/2 packet Shaan Seekh Kebab Masala. Mix well and keep it overnight in the fridge.
- The following day, make meat balls (or make the kebabs on skewers)
- Place the meat balls on a tray with foil and heat in an oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with lime wedges.
