Banana Pancakes - Aggu

Ingredients:
1 cup oats (dry roasted and powdered)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 ripe banana (mashed)
4 tbsp low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
pinch baking soda
pinch salt
1 tsp jaggery (optional)
1 egg (optional)
raisins (optional)
1 tbsp butter  
honey (topping)

Steps:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. 
  2. Mix all together till the consistency is not too runny.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Pour the batter for the pancake and fry till it gets golden brown.
  5. Flip the pancake and add a tsp of butter on top (optional)
  6. Move the pancake to a plate and drizzle honey on top.
  7. ENJOY!
