Ingredients:
500 gms chicken mince2 medium onions (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 medium potatoes (chopped into small cubes)
3 green chillies (chopped)
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup green peas
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera
7 cloves
1" cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp bafat powder
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
3 tsp kasuri methi leaves
1 stalk coriander leaves (chopped)
12-15 mint leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
vinegar to taste
2 tbsp ghee
Steps:
- Heat ghee.
- Add the cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds.
- Add the onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Fry till onions turn golden brown.
- Add 1/4 tsp salt and ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw small goes away.
- Add half the spice powders and mix well.
- Add the mince and brown lightly.
- Add the potatoes and 1/4 cup water and combine.
- Add corn and green peas and the rest of the spice powders. Mix well. Continue cooking till potatoes are fully cooked.
- Add salt and vinegar.
- Add the kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well.
- Turn off the gas and keep covered.
