Ingredients:
To grind:
7-8 sprigs mint leaves
1/2 grated coconut
2 green chillies
1/2" ginger
salt to taste
very small piece of tamarind
For seasoning:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Steps:
- Wash the mint leaves well.
- Grind all the ingredients together and keep aside.
- Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add the ground paste and a little water and fry.
- ENJOY!
