Mint Chutney - Daisy Aunty

Ingredients:
To grind:
7-8 sprigs mint leaves
1/2 grated coconut
2 green chillies
1/2" ginger
salt to taste
very small piece of tamarind

For seasoning:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Steps:
  1. Wash the mint leaves well. 
  2. Grind all the ingredients together and keep aside. 

  3. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add the ground paste and a little water and fry.  
  4. ENJOY!
