Ingredients:
300 gms beans2 large onions (chopped or sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 chicken stock cubes (dissolved in 1 litre hot water)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 chicken stock cubes (dissolved in 1 litre hot water)
1-2 green chilis (slit) * optional
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
salt to taste
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in to a cooking vessel and boil till the chicken stock reduces and the beans are cooked, stir occasionally.
