Beans Theil Piyao (onion and oil preparation) - Jean

Ingredients:

300 gms beans
2 large onions (chopped or sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 chicken stock cubes (dissolved in 1 litre hot water)
1-2 green chilis (slit) * optional
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Add all the ingredients in to a cooking vessel and boil till the chicken stock reduces and the beans are cooked, stir occasionally. 
  2. ENJOY!
