Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup chana dal
1 large onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 1/2" ginger (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp jeera seeds
salt to taste
vinegar to taste
To garnish:
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a cooking vessel with 3 cups water and boil till the chana dal is cooked.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- ENJOY!
