Cucumber Karam (salad with coconut) - Daisy aunty

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers (cut in roundels)
1 large onion (sliced)

To grind:
1/2 coconut (grated)
2 tsp mustard seeds
lime size tamarind
2 green chillies
1/2" ginger
salt

Steps:
  1. Grind the coconut, mustard seeds, tamarind, green chillies, ginger and salt in to a fine paste with 1/4 cup water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the cucumber, onions and the ground paste. 
  3. ENJOY!
