Pork Bone Dish - Yvonne Pereira

Ingredients:
1 kg pork bones (cut in small pieces)
1/2 kg pork meat (cut in small pieces)
4 large onions (chopped)
6 green chillies (chopped)
2 inches ginger (chopped)
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
salt to taste
vinegar to taste

Steps:
  1. Mix pork bones and meat with the onions, chillies, ginger and garlic.
  2. Add 6 small cups of water and pepper powder.
  3. Boil on slow fire till meat is cooked.
  4. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
  5. ENJOY!
