1 onion (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
2 pineapple slices
100 gms mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Ingredients:
200 grams chicken 1 onion (chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped)
2 pineapple slices
100 gms mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Steps:
- Boil the chicken. Once cooled, shred the chicken.
- Add onions, capsicum, pineapple and mix.
- Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
- ENJOY!
