Godaso Pov (Rice Flakes with Jaggery) - Jean

Ingredients:

2 cups rice flakes (thin)
4-5 tbsp powdered jaggery
1/2 cup grated coconut

Steps:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the rice flakes. 
  2. Add the grated coconut and mix.
  3. Add the jaggery. Mix well with your hands. 
  4. Sprinkle a few drops of water and mix again.
  5. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • Optional: You can add 1-2 pods of powdered cardamom seeds. I prefer it without it.
