Ingredients:
3 lemongrass leaves (finely chopped)3 stems Sri Lankan coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 cup black tulsi (finely chopped)
1/2 cup sambarpalli/Indian borage leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 cup mint leaves (finely chopped)
1" ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp rock sugar
1 litre water
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients to a vessel with 1 litre water.
- Boil covered on low flame for 30 minutes till the onions have become very soft.
- Let it cool.
- Strain, and add to an airtight bottle and keep refrigerated.
- Serve warm in the morning.
