Lepo (sole fish) Jeere Meeri Curry with Losun Seasoning - Daisy Aunty

Ingredients
1 kg lepo/sole fish
7-8 cloves garlic with skin (crushed well) 
salt
oil

To grind:
3 short red chillies (motwi mirsaang)
10-12 red byadgi chillies
1 large onion 
4 cloves garlic
1/2 small coconut / 1 cup grated coconut 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp jeera
6-7 pepper corns
3 amla size tamarind

Steps:
  1. Grind the chillies, onion, garlic, coconut, turmeric, coriander seeds, jeera, pepper corns and tamarind to a fine paste and keep aside
  2. In a vessel, heat oil. Add the crushed garlic and fry well.
  3. Add the ground masala and fry.
  4. Add the ground masala water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the lepo, salt and bring to a boil (lepo cooks quickly). Turn off the gas.
