Ingredients:
1/4 kg mushrooms
2 medium potatoes (cut in small cubes)
2 medium onions (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1/2" ginger (chopped)
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 long green chilli (chopped)
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp bafat powder
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tsp haldi
coriander leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
vinegar to taste
2 tbsp oil
250 gms canned sausages (chopped) *optional
Steps:
- In a vessel, heat oil.
- Add the onions, ginger, garlic, chillies and fry till onions turn golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes. Saute till tomatoes are cooked.
- Add the garam masala, bafat, pepper and turmeric powders. Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes till it mixes well.
- Add 1/2 cup hot water and mix well. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, mushroom, salt and vinegar. Boil till potatoes are 50% cooked.
- Add sausages, mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add chopped coriander and turn off the gas.
