Ingredients:
250 gms paneer cubes2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 cup cooking cream
To garnish
2 - 3 green chilis (optional)
handful coriander leaves
Steps:
- In a pan, heat butter.
- Add the paneer cubes and red chili powder and fry lightly for 2 minutes on medium-high heat.
- In a handi, heat oil.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
- Add tomato, salt, red chili powder and fry till the tomatoes are cooked and mushy.
- Add the fried paneer and mix well.
- Add the crushed kasuri methi.
- Add the cooking cream, a little hot water and stir. Cook covered for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with green chilis and coriander leaves.
