Banana Bread - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:
3-4 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
150 ml oil
2 cups flour
1/2 - 1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
a few walnuts

Steps:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients excluding the walnuts and make a batter.
  2. Pour the batter in to a baking tin lined with parchment paper or spray the tin. 
  3. Add the walnuts.
  4. Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
  5. Use a fork or tooth pick, if it comes out clean, it is baked. Cool, then slice.
