Coconut Toffee - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:

150 ml condensed milk
250 gms icing sugar
175 gms desiccated coconut
A few drops pink food coloring 

Steps:
  1. Dust square pan with icing sugar.
  2. Mix milk, coconut and icing sugar to give a smooth consistency.
  3. Divide in 1/2. To one half add pink colour and 1/2 on the other side.
  4. Leave to set in fridge.
  5. Cut in squares with oiled knife.
  6. ENJOY!
