Ingredients:
350 - 400 gms readymade chocolate cake (store bought)
2 packs cream (250 ml approx)
6 tbsp sugar
3 tsp cocoa powder
1 big bar of dairy milk or aero chocolate (to be grated)
1 tbsp coffee powder
Steps:
- Cut the cake in to thin slices and keep aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream and sugar till it is fluffy.
- Separately, mix cocoa powder with a little water to form a paste and then add it to the beaten mixture.
- Add coffee powder and mix well.
- In a serving dish, layer the cake slices at the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cake.
- Top it with grated chocolate.
