Coconut Macaroons - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 ½ cups desiccated coconut
butter (to grease the baking tray)
flour (to sprinkle on the baking tray)

Steps:
  1. Beat the egg whites stiff. 
  2. Add sugar and beat well till it melts. 
  3. Finally add dessicated coconut.

  4. Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle some flour.
  5. Pour mixture with a spoon.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 160C. 
  7. After baking, take out immediately and place in a box.
  8. ENJOY!
