Chicken Fry - Daisy aunty

Ingredients:
500 - 750 gms chicken
6-8 tbsp kabab powder
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon - juice
1 egg or 3 tbsp curd (optional)
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a thick paste.
  2. Apply it to the chicken and let it marinate in the freezer overnight or for 2 days. 
  3. On the day of cooking, keep the chicken out to thaw. 

  4. Heat 3-4 tbsp oil.
  5. Add the chicken and fry well on both sides.
  6. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can use any remainder marinade for asparagus and fry it. It's delicious!
